SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, in accordance with the Canadian Arbitration Association rules.
